Notice Period: Max 30 days
Salary: ₹15 – ₹20LPA
Location: Noida

Must Have

  1. Mandatory skills:  Marketing Strategy, Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, Creative Direction, Brand Positioning
  2. Age should be between 30-35 max (preferred).
  3. Candidate must not be limited to Digital Marketing only. Please avoid such candidates.
  4. Candidate must have built the entire team and must have handled team size between 100-200.
  5. Candidate must have handled the entire marketing dept which includes, (Social Media Mktg, Digital Mktg, Content Mktg, University partnership mktg, Offline Mktg, Graphic Designing, Copy Writers, etc) but Performance Marketing should be a must skill for the candidate mentioned in resume clearly.
  6. Candidate must have job stability with current/past companies. It shouldn’t go less than 2-3 years in each organization, even 1.5 Yrs is ok.
  7. Work from Office, 6 days, 10-7 PM

JD:

  • Spearheaded the development and execution of an all-encompassing marketing strategy meticulously aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Strategize and oversee performance marketing campaigns, encompassing PPC, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and an array of digital channels to amplify traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Take charge of brand positioning, messaging, and innovative campaigns to ensure a resolute and harmonious brand identity across all engagement points.
  • Lead integrated marketing endeavors spanning diverse channels, spanning both digital and traditional, to optimize outreach and influence.
  • Identify, recruit, mentor, and proficiently manage a high-performing marketing ensemble, nurturing a culture of collaboration and achievement.
  • Conceive, execute, and scrutinize marketing initiatives, meticulously gauging their efficacy and implementing data-guided enhancements.
  • Formulate and administer the marketing budget, assuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve desired objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, conduct extensive market research, and garner consumer insights to inform our marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as Sales and Product Development to synchronize marketing initiatives with overarching business objectives.
  • Generate systematic reports and performance metrics, supplying actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing enhancement.

What will you need?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is considered a valuable asset.
  • 7-10 years of progressively influential roles within the marketing sphere, with a track record of leadership excellence.
  • Proficiency in performance marketing strategies and tools.
  • Adeptness in brand cultivation and innovative marketing concepts.
  • Adept team leadership and motivational capabilities in the realm of marketing.
  • Competency in campaign oversight and analysis.
